WE ARE CELEBRATING THE 60th ANNIVERSARY OF LILLO’S MUSIC! Vic and Doreen Lillo opened Lillo’s School of Modern Music July 1963. Lillo’s Music is now celebrating 60 years in music retail, education and service. For this diamond anniversary we have special discounts and weekly super deals throughout the store! The 60th ‘Diamond’ Anniversary of Lillo’s Music!  I created this graphic design in tribute to generations of Lillo family members who devoted much of their lives to the music industry, to hundreds of people who chose a career in music through Lillo’s Music and its subsidiaries, to thousands of music school students, to hundreds of thousands of retail customers and friends. The Lillo family name has become synonymous with music in Canada and abroad thanks to the support from the music community over the past six decades. The multiple retail locations and other music ventures have mostly come and gone, with the original store in Edmonton, Canada finally closing its storefront on December 31, 2019. Today, Lillo’s Music retails products online and offers virtual and in-person music instruction, instrument repair, and a by-appointment-only store. Celebrating the love of music for 60 years, my graphic design says it all. — Les Lillo
